ARD Racing is hiring a dependable, motivated Shop Hand to help keep our race program tight, clean, and running smooth. This isn’t your average garage gig — we prep and rebuild UTVs that compete at the highest level, and we need someone who takes pride in doing the little things that make a big difference. We travel to races for multiple weekends. Ideal person has to be okay with being on the road.
What You’ll Do
- Clean UTVs and equipment after races
- Empty and deep-clean the race trailer after events
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and ready for the next job
- Restock spare parts and consumables
- Help load and unload gear for events
- Jump into other tasks as needed — flexibility is key
- Support the mechanics and fabricators as directed
- May be needed on Saturdays to prep for races
- Will be required to attend and support on race weekends
What You Need
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Dependable — no call-ins, show up on time, every time
- Good time management and ability to stay on task
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Mechanic or UTV experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to lift heavy parts and work on your feet all day
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends when needed
- Works well with others, since we are a team.
- Must maintain good personal hygiene and a clean, professional appearance, as this position regularly interacts with customers, vendors, and team members.
