What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Worker position at ARD, Inc?
About us
This maintenance job will be for two properties. You will spend you time at both of our properties in Tuskegee. The sites are about 10 minutes from each other. The manager splits her time between the two sites. She is at one property Monday-Thursday from 8-12 and the other Monday-Thursday from 1-5 and all day on Friday.
Maintenance
- Analyzing regular work orders for determining long-term maintenance work.
- Identifying problems and repairing all carpentry and electrical appliance.
- Maintaining common areas, building exteriors, drainage systems, water management and fire alarm of buildings.
- Inspecting units to identify restorative and preventive repairs.
- Responding to residents’ requests for maintenance and repair, ensuring requests are fulfilled promptly and competently.
- Performing daily inspections of the property as well as maintenance and upkeep duties as necessary to maintain safety, comfort, and aesthetics.
- Turning units in a timely manner
- Painting
- Use of hand tools
This job come with an apartment on site if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
