What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Manager position at ARD Inc.?
- Preferred experience in rural development and tax credit property managing
- Rent units to qualified applicants
- Receive rent and make sure it is paid on time.
- Answer phones and give future applicants a good customer service experience
- Inspect units
- High school diploma or Ged required.
- This is part-time (3) days a week Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursdays.
- Locations would be Moulton Al and Double Springs Al.
