This is a full-time, on-site role for a Minnesota Professional Land Surveyor based in San Antonio, TX. The role entails conducting topographic and land surveys, managing survey equipment, and providing accurate data for construction projects. The Professional Land Surveyor will collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure precise and efficient survey work in alignment with project requirements. Responsibilities include the operation of total stations, participation in building surveying, and execution of various land surveying tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying methods
- Experience handling and operating Total Station equipment
- Expertise in Building Surveying and related tasks
- Strong understanding of Surveying principles, techniques, and technologies
- Valid Minnesota Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or ability to obtain one via reciprocity
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
- Experience in residential construction surveying is a plus
