The Senior Director of IT Applications will lead the transformation of Arcwood’s enterprise application ecosystem, shaping a future-ready digital core that enables business growth, operational excellence, and innovation at scale. This strategic leader will oversee the full lifecycle and performance of mission-critical systems across the Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Back Office domains, ensuring they are modern, integrated, and aligned with Arcwood’s evolving business needs.
Reporting to the CIO, the Senior Director of ITA will serve as the organization’s senior leader on application strategy and delivery, managing a dynamic portfolio that spans ERP, CRM, MES, HCM, and emerging digital platforms. This role is central to enabling Arcwood’s transformation agenda, streamlining processes, accelerating decision-making, and enhancing the employee and customer experience. Additionally, this leader will lead the successful integration of M&A activity into Arcwood’s core technology stack, ensuring scalable, secure, and seamless solutions across the enterprise. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on strategist with deep expertise in enterprise applications and a track record of delivering enterprise value through systems integration, platform optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
