What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member/Team Leader position at Arctic Spoon?

- You must be 16 years or older, friendly, cheerful and energetic.
- Previous customer service/food service experience an asset but not required.
- All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their first day of work.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as a company advocate - be alert and ready when a guest walks in and keep a positive attitude
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Create amazing rolled ice creams
- Assist with all cleaning duties as stated on opening/closing and weekly checklists
Requirements:
- Have a passion for rolled ice cream and boba drinks
- Work well under pressure while maintaining a consistent pace throughout your shift
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
