This is a full-time Entry-Level Roofing Sales role, located on-site in Bridgewater, NJ. The role involves engaging directly with customers, assessing their needs, and offering tailored roofing, siding, and gutter solutions. Responsibilities include conducting on-site roof inspections, explaining service options, and assisting clients with insurance claims or financing processes. The role also requires maintaining excellent customer relations and meeting sales targets while upholding the company’s high standards of quality and professionalism.

• Basic knowledge of Roofing, Waterproofing, and Working at Height safety protocols is essential
• Hands-on skills in Carpentry and Insulation are beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients
• Ability to work onsite in Bridgewater, NJ, and travel locally as needed
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Previous sales experience and familiarity with restoration or construction are a plus, but not required
