Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Welcoming guests, verifying their identities, and directing them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Answering and Routing Calls: Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Managing Correspondence: Handling mail, faxes, and other forms of communication.
  • Maintaining Office Supplies: Ensuring the reception area and other common areas are stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Managing calendars and scheduling meetings for employees.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Performing various clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Maintaining Reception Area: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

In-Office work ONLY; Previous reception/customer service experience; High School Diploma or GED; Microsoft Office; M-F 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch; $18-20/hourdepending on experience with room to grow; Paid Vacation/Holidays; Medical/Dental/Vision.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
