Key Responsibilities:

- Answering and Routing Calls: Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Managing Correspondence: Handling mail, faxes, and other forms of communication.
- Maintaining Office Supplies: Ensuring the reception area and other common areas are stocked with necessary supplies.
