What You Will Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair Canon and Sharp multi-function printers.
- Diagnose and service a wide variety of other essential business systems, including plotters, shredders, mailing systems, and water filtration equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, Bevi water machines, and digital network connectivity issues.
- Provide exceptional, friendly customer service at client locations.
- Travel to local client sites daily to manage and resolve service requests efficiently.
- Take occasional travel opportunities to remote Alaska locations to service equipment fleets.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience repairing copiers, printers, or relevant business equipment (Canon and Sharp experience highly preferred).
- Background: Strong diagnostic skills across mechanics, electronics, appliance repair, plumbing/water systems, or IT networks.
- Security: Must be able to pass the necessary background searches required to work on and at federal facilities.
- Physical: Must be able to lift 50 pounds without issue.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle for daily local travel.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to remote, off-grid communities.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
