We're hiring an Entry Level Customer Representative to support customers and potential customers in-store , no cold calls, no call center, just real conversations helping people with their accounts, questions, and services.
We are currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Representative to support customers by answering questions, explaining AT&T wireless products and services, and helping them through the account setup process. No previous telecommunications experience is required—we provide comprehensive training from day one.

What You'll Do as a Customer Representative:
- Greet and assist customers and potential customers in-store with questions about their accounts, plans, and services
- Help customers understand their bill, resolve basic account issues, and explain available options
- Answer questions about new products, plans, and promotions
- Guide walk-in customers through account setup, upgrades, and service changes
- Keep accurate notes on customer interactions and account updates
- Work alongside your team to make sure every customer leaves with their questions answered
What You Need:
- No previous experience necessary, we'll train you from day one

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, face-to-face retail environment
- High school diploma or GED
Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
