Duties
- Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, repairs, and service work.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose issues efficiently.
- Install and maintain wiring, panels, lighting, generators, and other electrical components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, state, and local electrical codes.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Mentor apprentices when applicable.
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and motivated.
