Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Grand Rapids, MN. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and related equipment. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing preventive maintenance, checking system efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The technician will interact with customers, explain findings and recommended repairs, prepare service documentation, and coordinate with team members to support electrical and ductwork projects as needed. The role requires working in varying environmental conditions and being available for occasional after-hours or seasonal peak service calls.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems and related components.
