Landscape Laborer / Driver / Snow Plow Operator
Arctic Edge Property Services LLC is looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our crew. We are hiring landscape helpers as well as experienced drivers and snow plow operators.
This is a hands-on outdoor position involving lawn maintenance, landscaping, property cleanups, and seasonal snow removal.
Starting pay is $15/hour with a performance and pay review after 30 days. Raises are based on reliability, attendance, work performance, experience, and ability to take on additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, weed whacking, blowing, and general lawn maintenance
- Landscaping and property cleanups
- Mulch and stone installation
- Brush, leaf, and debris cleanup
- Trimming bushes and small trees
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Safely operating mowers, weed whackers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Driving company trucks between job sites for qualified drivers
- Snow plowing and salting during the winter for qualified drivers/operators
- Other general property maintenance work as needed
Requirements
- Must be dependable and show up on time
- Reliable transportation to and from our starting location in Albrightsville
- A driver's license is NOT required for landscape helper positions
- A valid driver's license is required to drive company trucks or operate snow plow trucks
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work throughout the day
- Able to work outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions
- Landscaping, mowing, equipment operation, driving, or snow plowing experience is preferred but not required for helpers
- Snow crew members must be available during snow events, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays when needed
Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $15/hour
- Performance and pay review after 30 days
