What You’ll Do:

·         Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service

·         Accurately take orders using a point-of-sale system

·         Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy and efficiency

·         Prepare and serve food, beverages, and ice cream products to company standards

·         Ensure all orders are correct, well-presented, and delivered promptly

·         Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area

·         Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

·         Restock supplies and assist team members as needed

·         Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

·         Friendly, professional, and guest-focused demeanor

·         Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

·         Previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus, but not required
