Join our dynamic team as an Arctic Circle Weekday daytime shifts. 10:00-4:00 shifts are needed. Weekend also available! You will play a key role in food preparation, customer service, and ensuring smooth operations during busy weekday and weekend shifts. Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately
• Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring sanitation and food safety compliance at all times
• Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and balance registers at shift end
• Assist customers with their food choices, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, ovens, and food prep tools to ensure quality and efficiency

Experience

• We do take first time career applicants.
• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire to ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards
• Customer service experience demonstrating the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, kitchen safety procedures, and proper food storage techniques
