Supervisor
Arctic Circle is looking for a dependable, team-focused Supervisor to help lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and leads by example to ensure great service and smooth operations.
Supervisors play a key role in supporting management and maintaining the high standards that help us “More Than Satisfy” every guest.
What You’ll Do
As a Supervisor, you will help oversee daily operations and team performance, including:
- Assisting with hiring, training, developing, and coaching team members
- Supervising and directing employee work during shifts
- Ensuring food quality, presentation, safety, and guest service standards are consistently met
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
- Engaging with guests to ensure a positive dining experience
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies
- Completing the daily envelope (preparing and delivering cash deposits)
- Working in various restaurant positions as needed to support the team

- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills for reporting
- High school diploma preferred
Schedule Expectations:
Approximately 35-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
Comprehensive hands-on training will be provided on our systems and procedures.
