Overview:
- Service Manager position is available to lead activities of a team of field service technicians.
- The technicians provide service for commercial dish machines & chemical dispensers as part of the Service Division of a well-established manufacturer of cleaning chemicals.
- The position requires travel mainly within Texas and sometimes to neighboring states.
- The position offers stable, full-time, long-term employment with the opportunity for advancement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of service experience.
- Technical knowledge of commercial dish machines is an important asset.
- Must have electrical, mechanical and plumbing knowledge.
- Team oriented.
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Strong English grammar, math and computer skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
Responsibilities & Goals:
- Increase overall service level.
- Manage and mentor an existing team of field service technicians.
- Improve route and work efficiencies.
- Provide continuous training to improve technician knowledge and effectiveness.
- Recruit and train more service technicians as needed.

Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
