NABRICO Marine Products is searching for a Safety Oriented Production Foreman in our Ashland City, TN barge manufacturing plant.
NABRICO Marine Products, Inc., is part of NABRICO's Inland Barge Group, and is a leading manufacturer of barges used to transport cargo on U.S. inland waterways. NABRICO Marine Products manufactures dry cargo barges, including flat-deck and hopper barges, that are used to transport a variety of products including grain, coal, and aggregates. NABRICO Marine Products also manufactures tank barges that carry petroleum, fertilizer, ethanol, chemicals, and other liquid cargoes. It is the largest U.S. manufacturer of fiberglass hopper barge covers used primarily on grain barges. Additionally, NABRICO Marine Products provides a full line of deck hardware to the marine industry, including hatches, castings, and winches for towboats and dock facilities.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of hourly employees
- Perform the same duties as the employees supervised (greater than 20%)
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- Be involved in safety committees or initiatives, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial environment
- Ability to schedule shop flow and execute plant goals
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to analyze and solve issues pertaining to quality, safety, and production
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within a teamwork environment
- Regular and predictable attendance. Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
