As a finishing operator, you'll be required maintain production and meet quality specifications of the order.

What You'll Do
- Keep area clean and orderly.
- Maintain rework log and provide daily finishing report to Material Control.
- Inventory and order finishing supplies.
- Communicate with supervisor any non-conforming products.
- Wear proper equipment for protection from patching materials etc.
- Always work in a Safe Manner EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- Satisfactory completion of Forklift Training Program.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and drawings required to carry out his/her job.
- Must be able to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measures, using whole numbers and decimals.
- Ability to make up patch kits to send to customers as required.
- Ability to prioritize and adjust to changing situations.
- Ability to use small power equipment – drills, hand grinders, etc.
- Operator shall consider him/herself as part of a team working towards the same goal and consider your fellow workers as his/her customers.
- Must be able to work efficiently and effectively without supervision. Report difficulties as they develop. Provide suggestions or solutions. 3. Must be willing to do other tasks as assigned by their supervisor. 4. Must remember Safety comes first.
