NABRICO Marine Products is searching for a Summer Engineering Intern for our Ashland City, TN facility. As a Summer Engineering Intern you will help design, implement, and optimize processes, systems, services, or products using broad engineering concepts and research techniques. Additionally, you will experience other areas of the manufacturing process, including safety practices and environmental stewardship, product development, maintenance systems, and quality control.

What You Will Do
- Support the engineering design team with creating detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Assist with updates and modifications to existing product designs
- Conduct feasibility studies and design calculations
- Assist in material selection and sourcing based on engineering specifications
- Work with Quality, Continuous Improvement and Maintenance to solve problems
- Assist manufacturing team in daily production support activities
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline
- Must be sophomore status or higher
- Strong computer and presentation skills
- Experience with 3D Modeling software such as Autodesk Inventor is preferred
