What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Facilities Technician position at Arcosa Brand?
Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa subsidiary, is searching for a Facilities Technician for our plant located in Ft. Worth, TX. The Facilities Technician performs custodial duties in a manufacturing and office environment. Responsibilities may include janitorial, and common area minor maintenance throughout building interiors and/or exteriors.

Must be able to work 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday with weekends as necessary.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform facility repairs and maintenance, such as plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, hardware, and other related tasks
- Ensure our grounds and facilities are picked up and free from debris and trash at all times
- Operate lawn and yard equipment around our facility as needed
- Operate shop cleaning/sweeping equipment and machinery
- Operate forklifts to relocate trash bins and other items around the facility
- Perform special projects and tasks, as needed
- All other duties as needed and assigned
What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Previous experience in residential/commercial construction and/or remodeling is a big plus
- Previous experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required
- The ability to maintain good attendance
- The ability to maintain reliable and predictable good attendance
- A high level of dependability, a great attitude, and an ability to work well with a team towards achieving a common goal
