Meyer Utility Structures (MUS) is searching for a Master Scheduler. In this role at our Hager City, WI manufacturing plant, you would be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the plant’s Master Production Schedule to support on time delivery, optimal capacity utilization, and revenue goals. This role serves as a key link between production, project management, and customers, using data driven planning tools to align demand, capacity, and operational execution.

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support on time delivery and plant capacity goals
- Monitor workflow and production performance to identify, communicate, and resolve capacity constraints
- Develop production plans using backlog data, demand signals, and capacity assumptions
- Partner closely with Project Managers and customers to provide project status updates and coordinate priorities
- Support on time delivery by proactively identifying risks and driving corrective actions
- Provide support for functional activities, including:
- Accurate and timely data processing and reporting
- Production performance analysis
- Customer‑specific reporting and inquiries
- Generate and distribute work order cuttings, production reports, and schedule updates to the production team
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
- Continuously improve scheduling, reporting, and planning processes using data and analytics
What You’ll Need:
- Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum 5 or more years of production scheduling, master scheduling, or manufacturing planning
- Intermediate - Advanced skills in MS Office Products, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, capacity planning, and production control
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
