This position will support management of Arconic’s Anaplan S&OP production forecasting tool as well as supporting implementation of additional supply chain tools to align leadership, feed business and supply chain analysis, and facilitate problem-solving.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Be the initial point of contact for internal Anaplan questions
- Maintain logs of issues and risks, including mitigations
- Manage project timelines and milestone progress
- Facilitate S&OP business process standardization and enhancement with process owners
- Prioritize new use cases with existing Anaplan roadmap and aligns with sponsors
- Enhance Arconic’s Anaplan S&OP model using Anaplan best practices as potential upgrades are identified
- Support data and analysis support for other sponsored Arconic simulation/optimization tools
- Manage and support multiple projects simultaneously across multiple countries and all levels of the organization
You have:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or Business from an accredited college/university
- Strong networking, leadership and communication skills
- Critical reasoning and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to create and document test plans and defect resolution strategies
- Capability to resolve conflicts and work in cross-organization business processes
- Organizational skills and able to manage multiple, conflicting priorities
- Ability to travel up to 25% of time
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R.
- 730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Authorizations from the relevant government agency may be required to meet export control compliance requirements.
- Anaplan model building experience
- Experience with ORACLE, SAP, and/or Quintiq
- Understanding of database design concepts
- S&OP execution experience
- Supply chain or production planning experience
