Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Daily execution of lien waivers
- Daily processing of check by faxes.
- New customer set ups.
- Collection activity of assigned portfolio including analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills.
- Set ups for quarterly customer reviews.
- ASAT/audit testing within the assigned portfolio.
- Communication and interaction with external and internal customers both orally and in writing.
- Back up to Sr Credit Specialists.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment where numerous requests are being requested simultaneously and responding in a timely manner.
- Team player willing to accept direction, supervision and feedback.
- One remote day a week.
You have: (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background in financial principles normally acquired through formal secondary level of education or work experience in similar positions.
- Good administrative, computer and typing skills. (Excel and Word)
- Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- 2 years of experience in a credit/collection role, preferably in the Building and Construction industry.
- JD Edwards, Showcase Query and Oracle experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word programs.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good administrative, computer and typing skills. (Excel and Word)
- Ability to work independently, set own priorities and organize the daily work in the most efficient manner.
