Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Construction Superintendent located in Western WA. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols. The role involves managing construction site activities, coordinating with team members and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and resolving any on-site challenges to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Construction Site Management and ensuring Construction Safety compliance.
- Strong Organization Skills and attention to detail related to planning and executing project milestones.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for project cost control.
- Experience in Project Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Experience with conflict resolution and problem-solving on-site is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and codes in Washington State is highly advantageous.
