- Respond and resolve user support information technology requests
- Maintain technical documentation of various systems and software programs
- Deploy new hardware, software, and upgrade existing installations
- Research solutions to new problems and better solutions to existing problems
- Participate in implementing IT-based projects
- Provisioning iOS and Android Mobile Devices
- Inventorying assets
- Handling Tier 1 Support Incidents and Requests through Service Now
- Imaging Workstations
- Assist with account creation
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university or technical program in one of the following or a related technical field Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and proofreading skills
- Must possess the ability to work and communicate effectively with other company personnel
- Proficiency in the Office 365 suite of products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
