We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily projects in the Framingham, Massachusetts office. - Responsible for managerial aspects of multifamily projects including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
- Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
- Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
- Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
- Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
- Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
- Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
- At least 5-10 years of project management experience running multifamily projects
- Design/build experience preferred
- Estimating experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
