Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately process fuel and merchandise transactions through the cash register.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including the cashier station and surrounding areas.
- Assist with stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and maintaining product displays.
- Monitor fuel levels and alert the management team to any issues.
- Enforce safety protocols and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products and services.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, and parking lot as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experienced Cashier will have a min of 2-3 years of retail cashier and/or sales experience, and exceptional communication skills.
