Position: Sales Representative

Salary: Up to $80,000 base commissions (potential to earn $20,000–$100,000 annually with commissions)

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our internal sales team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing contracts for our commercial cleaning services. You will work closely with our leadership team to expand our customer base and meet revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and site walkthroughs to understand client needs.
- Assist to develop and present customized cleaning service proposals that align with client requirements.
- Negotiate and close contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and opportunities for upselling.
- Track and manage all sales activities.
- Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales (preferably in facility services, janitorial, or related industries).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for closing deals.
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 annually.
