We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, build, and support software solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across our construction operations. This role partners closely with construction, project management, estimating, finance, and field teams to translate business needs into scalable, reliable technology solutions. The ideal candidate understands both modern software development practices and the unique workflows of the construction industry, including project-based accounting, scheduling, document management, and field operations

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications supporting construction operations
• Build and support integrations between construction platforms (e.g., ERP, project management, estimating, scheduling, document control)
• Collaborate with construction and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical, user-focused solutions
• Develop APIs, data pipelines, and automation to improve data accuracy and reduce manual processes
• Support field technology initiatives, including mobile applications and remote access.
• Analyze and modify ETL jobs
• Deploy and configure Azure resources
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability standards
• Integrate AI agentic models into existing systems to assist with design/build processes

• 4-7 years' experience developing enterprise software
• Experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry
• 3-5 years' experience with C#
• Production experience in Angular, Vue, or React
• Experience with ETL tools and concepts
• Experience working with external APIs, especially with REST and OAuth 2
• Experience building and deploying production-ready REST services
• Knowledge of Microservice architectures
• Proficiency with SQL
• Experience with Git
