A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Partner with Operations Leadership to provide marketing support for sales and business development efforts for the various ARCO business units
- Oversee marketing activities for construction projects in progress
- Independently develop responses for project pursuit requirements including prequalification questionnaires, proposals, client presentations and associated collateral materials
- Independently perform focused industry research
- Collect and update project profiles and team member resume content
- Partner with Operations Leadership to develop and execute business unit specific objectives and key results plans
- Manage database of prospects and customers for communication targeting
- Plan events including but not limited to project groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings
- Interface with customers to coordinate creative service offerings including press releases and property marketing collateral
- Effectively present information to Business Unit leadership
- Coordinate tradeshow and industry and broker/developer association involvement and events
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field from four-year college or university
- 5 years related experience developing technical sales proposals and supporting graphics – A/E/C industry experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Proficient writing and editing skills
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Ability to manage budgets
