Necessary Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• One to three years of experience in coordination, administration, event planning, learning and development, human resources, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to follow established processes, take direction, and consistently follow through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently while keeping team members informed of progress and potential issues.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning and development, human resources, training programs, or corporate events.
• Experience with a learning management system or training administration platform.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, invoices, travel, or event logistics.
• Experience creating and maintaining tracking tools, checklists, templates, or standard operating procedures.
• Experience supporting programs across multiple offices or locations.
