We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern or Co-op to join our team of experts in Richmond Heights, MO. • Engagement events

• Assisting with event logistics for campus career fairs—from registrations to swag distribution
• Using Handshake and our Application Tracking System (ATS) to send messages to students ahead of the career fair. 
• Reviewing resumes to identify standout candidates and collaborating with recruiters
• Inputting resumes from career fairs into our ATS and sending rejection emails to candidates
• Scheduling virtual and in-person interviews and coordinating calendars across teams and time zones, including candidate communication and follow-ups
• Tracking candidate and intern data to keep our systems accurate and up to date
• Maintaining organized recruiting pipelines, reports, and shared resources for the team
• Gain exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle, including how offers are extended and candidates are supported through the process
• Assisting with onboarding, training and learning and development once students join ARCO

• Enrolled in HR, Business, Communications, or related degree program
• Passion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent development
• Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasks
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
