The Opportunity
The Director of Strategy will play a pivotal role in the identification and development of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives positioning the company for a significant period of growth. This newly created role partners closely with Strategy leadership and the executive team as sponsors to shape the company’s long-term direction and ensure effective execution of its highest-impact priorities.
This position blends strategic thinking, analytical depth, and hands-on leadership. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, driving outcomes, and influencing across functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives spanning integration, network optimization, and organic growth.
- Translate executive and investor priorities into actionable strategies with measurable business results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance to align strategy with operations.
- Partner within the Strategy and PMO teams to drive planning, governance, and execution of strategic programs.
- Analyze financial, market, and operational data to inform decision-making and assess new opportunities.
- Prepare and present concise, data-driven recommendations to executive leadership and private equity partners.
- Support long-range planning, portfolio strategy, and performance tracking.
What You Bring
- 10–15 years professional experience; preferred across a variety of functions including operations, supply chain, business, finance
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy to operations, commercial, and finance
- Proven record leading cross-functional initiatives that drive tangible results.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence; comfortable working directly with senior leadership and investors.
- Ability to thrive in lean, fast-changing environments where initiative and influence are key.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required; MBA preferred; background in manufacturing or industrial sectors strongly valued.
