Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse & Logistics Specialist is responsible for a wide range of shipping, receiving, and facility support activities, including but not limited to:

Shipping & Outbound Logistics

• Package CNC tables, components, and accessories for national and international shipments.
• Operate forklifts to load and secure CNC plasma tables onto enclosed trailers, open trailers, step decks, and Conestoga trailers.
• Apply heat-shrink wrapping to protect tables during transit using specialized equipment.
• Photograph outbound shipments and upload documentation to company systems.

Receiving & Inbound Inventory

• Offload all incoming freight using a forklift.
• Inspect, receive, and document inbound materials and components.
• Stock inventory in designated locations in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Participate in quarterly and annual inventory counts, as well as routine cycle counts.

General Warehouse & Facility Support

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with light facility or equipment maintenance as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines, operational procedures, and company policies.

Qualifications & Required Skills

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail, including:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-direct.
• Strong organizational abilities and commitment to accuracy.
• Forklift experience preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
