Position Summary

We are seeking energetic, hospitality-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Server Assistants / Banquet Servers. This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for members and guests through attentive service, teamwork, and professionalism in both dining and banquet settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals ages 17 and older looking to gain experience in hospitality, events, and club service.

Essential Responsibilities

Dining & Service Support

• Assist servers and banquet captains with food and beverage service
• Set and clear tables quickly and professionally
• Refill water, beverages, bread, and service items as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, patios, banquet spaces, and service stations
• Polish glassware, silverware, and other service equipment
• Reset tables according to club standards
  
  

Banquet & Event Support

• Assist with banquet room setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, linens, and décor
• Deliver food and beverages during events in a timely and professional manner
• Support weddings, tournaments, member events, holiday brunches, and private functions
• Follow event timelines and banquet service instructions
• Help maintain a clean and safe event environment throughout functions
  
  

Team & Member Service

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to all members and guests
• Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and supervisors
• Respond promptly to member requests and communicate needs to leadership
• Uphold the club’s standards of hospitality, appearance, and professionalism
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays, chairs, and banquet equipment as needed
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
• Previous restaurant or banquet experience preferred, but not required
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors during seasonal events

Pay Range: $12.14 - $26.00
