A clubhouse grounds maintenance worker ensures the exterior, landscaping, and amenities of a club facility are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Key duties include mowing, landscaping, operating machinery, cleaning pathways, and managing trash. This role requires physical stamina, basic machinery knowledge, and often early morning, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Landscaping & Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding, and mulching lawns, flower beds, and shrubs.
• Facility Cleaning: Removing debris from walkways, maintaining parking lots, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Equipment Operation: Utilizing riding/push mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.
• Irrigation & Special Projects: Monitoring irrigation systems, assisting with planting new plants/flowers.
