We hold active contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs, NASA, and DoD, and we operate the A·IQ platform suite for fault detection, asset management, and analytics.
Day to Day
- Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance on Schneider Electric Andover Continuum and EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) infrastructure: CX/bCX NetControllers, i2/b3 Infinet and BACnet field controllers, SmartX AS-P/AS-B Automation Servers, MP/RP series controllers, CyberStation and EBO WorkStation clients, and Enterprise Server
- Diagnose and resolve issues across Ethernet/Comm network, Infinet field bus, BACnet/IP, and BACnet MS/TP networks
- Maintain and tune control sequences for AHUs, chillers, boilers, lab/operating room pressurization, and isolation rooms
- Validate sensor calibration, actuator performance, and alarm thresholds against design intent and Joint Commission / ASHRAE 170 requirements
- Document all work in the company CMMS and produce monthly compliance and KPI reporting
- Support emergency response and after-hours callouts as part of the on-call rotation
- Mentor and develop junior technicians on the contract
Required Qualifications
- 5 years hands-on Schneider Electric field experience across Andover Continuum and/or EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO): CyberStation, EBO WorkStation, and controller programming and troubleshooting (Plain English, Script, Function Block)
- 3 years working in an acute-care hospital or other 24x7 healthcare facility | direct familiarity with critical environments (ORs, isolation rooms, pharmacy, sterile processing, BSL labs, vivarium, or similar)
- Working knowledge of BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, and Schneider Infinet field bus protocols
- Ability to read and interpret control drawings, sequences of operation, and P&IDs
- Comfortable with Wireshark or equivalent network diagnostics for BAS troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a federal background investigation (HSPD-12 / PIV credentialing)
- US citizenship (required for federal site access)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior VA, DoD, or other federal healthcare facility experience
- Andover Continuum to EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) migration experience
- Tridium Niagara N4 experience as a secondary platform (JACE controllers, framework integration, multi-vendor supervision)
- Experience with Siemens Apogee, JCI Metasys, Automated Logic, or other multi-vendor BAS environments
- Familiarity with Joint Commission EOC standards, ASHRAE 170, NFPA 99, and CMS Conditions of Participation as they apply to BAS
- Niagara N4 certification (Tridium), BTL credentials, or Schneider Electric factory training certificates
