Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Membership Consultant based in Tulsa, OK, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Membership Consultant will focus on connecting with prospective members, delivering outstanding customer service, and guiding them through the process of joining ArchWell Health. Key responsibilities include membership sales, facilitating member growth, building relationships with prospective members, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Membership Sales and assisting customers with membership sign-ups
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Expertise in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal aptitude
- Ability to thrive in both onsite and remote work environments
- Experience in working with older adult populations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
