Role Description
We are seeking a Membership Consultant for a full-time field based position located in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama Area, with opportunities to work in the community. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential members, building relationships, and guiding them through the membership process. Day-to-day tasks include delivering exceptional customer service, conducting sales presentations, maintaining communication with prospects, and meeting membership goals. You will play a vital role in helping older adults access the high-quality care they deserve.
Qualifications
- Experience in Membership Sales and Membership processes, with the ability to drive results
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver an excellent experience for prospects and members
- Background in Sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
- Ability to collaborate with a team and maintain a professional and positive demeanor
- Familiarity with healthcare or senior-focused services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
