Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Membership Consultant-Field Healthcare Representative located in Oklahoma City, OK, with outside sales experience. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for driving membership sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering strong communication with potential and existing members. Daily tasks include outreach to potential members, providing detailed information about services, and assisting with the enrollment process to meet sales targets and enhance member experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Account management
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales, particularly within a healthcare context
- Excellent interpersonal and relational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with healthcare services and member engagement is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
