-Hospital-employed position at a Level IV Trauma Center and expanding Critical Access Hospital
-Four 10-hour days per week with flexible scheduling
-Average 13–16 patients per day
-Strong clinical and administrative support with scribe options available
-State-of-the-art facilities including a new 96,000 sq. ft. hospital expansion with 5 OR suites, 2 endoscopy suites, and a modern surgical wing
-Access to the latest technology including Epic EMR and the new Vyntis PFT system
-Join a collegial team of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals in a collaborative environment focused on quality and innovation
**Compensation and Benefits**
-Total earning potential of **$600,000 annually** for full-time physicians
-Competitive base salary with annual quality incentives up to $50,000
