The physician will provide full-spectrum primary care to patients ranging from infants to retirees, managing acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive medicine, wellness, and continuity of care. The clinic operates outside the traditional fee-for-service model, does not bill insurance, and does not utilize relative value units (RVUs). The clinic follows a value-based care model rather than a traditional fee-for-service structure.

* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
* Patient Volume: Approximately 8–14 patients per day

**Key Responsibilities**
* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
* Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan, from infants to older adults.
* Conduct routine and comprehensive physical examinations.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' medical needs and health goals.
* Promote preventive care, wellness, and health education.
* Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests.
* Coordinate specialty referrals and collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
* Supervise and support three Family Nurse Practitioners.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical practice development.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using the Elation electronic medical record (EMR) system.

**Required Qualifications**
* Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, as appropriate to the position.
* Truly board-eligible candidates in Family Medicine will also be considered.
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
* Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
* Clean professional background with no malpractice or medical license issues; no exceptions.
* Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.
* Willingness and ability to supervise advanced practice providers.
* Preferred Qualifications
