Salary: $255,000 - $275,000
Summary:
Provide primary pediatric care in a community clinic. Manage patient care, participate in hospital duties, and support the organization s mission and values.
Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Diagnose, treat, document (SOAP format), and refer patients
Review labs, x-rays, and referrals
Develop treatment plans per protocols
Supervise mid-level providers
Participate in on-call and phone triage (every 3 5 months)
Medical Records:
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Complete and sign encounter forms
Teamwork:
Participate in peer review and quality initiatives
Refer to support services as needed
Attend staff/clinician meetings and daily huddles
Expectations:
Punctual and reliable
Flexible with extended hours
Professional and collaborative
Requirements:
Valid CA Physician License
Current CPR/BLS certification
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong communication and commitment to care
