**Pediatrician Opportunity**
**Location: Wenatchee, WA**
• Practice Setting: Physician-owned and physician-governed multi-specialty group focused on compassionate, collaborative, local care

Compensation:
• Salary range: $235,668–$254,777
• First-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median
• RVU-based production beginning in year two
• Signing bonus available
• Government and internal loan repayment options
Team & Practice Details:
• Join a team of 2 Pediatricians and 4 Med/Peds physicians
• Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician
• Strong inpatient skills preferred
• Fellowship training not required
• 1.0 FTE position
• Level II NICU
• Average 12–15 patients per day
• Ability to obtain an active Washington State medical license
• Emphasis on high-quality care and work-life balance
• Strong communication skills with patients and families
• Thorough and accurate clinical documentation
