Full Time & Permanent Position.
Currently seeking Pathologist to join their team. The ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of experience, and must be board certified in AP/CP and be comfortable with IHC. Candidates should be committed to providing outstanding service in all aspects of community-based clinical and anatomic pathology. Therefore, flexibility and strong training are a must. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and the ability and desire to interact with medical center physicians and advanced practice providers, hospital administration, outpatient office physicians and staff, and laboratory staff.
In addition, subspecialty training in hematopathology is highly desirable but not required; however, candidates should possess solid diagnostic skills in bone marrow and/or lymph node pathology.
**Qualifications:**
-Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited residency required.
-Board certification highly preferred; board eligibility required.
-Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
**Compensation & Benefits**
Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
-Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $475,000.00/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU’s).
-Annual CME reimbursement allowance & paid professional dues and memberships.
-Relocation reimbursement & sign on bonus (with assistance in residency if applicable).
-10% annual employer contributions into 401K plan; fully vested to the employee at the time the employee is eligible to participate in the plan after 6 months of employment, or 1,000 hours worked whichever occurs first.
-Cash balance plan & profit sharing plan.
-Health, dental, vision, long term and short-term disability insurance; professional liability insurance offered.
