A well-established, high-volume multi-specialty clinic in Sullivan, MO is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving orthopedic team. * Join a multi-specialty clinic located on the hospital campus
* Work alongside two experienced orthopedic surgeons and collaborate with primary care providers
* Flexibility to shape your orthopedic surgery practice based on your interests
* Perform surgeries, consultations, follow-ups, and in-office procedures
* Provide inpatient care directly or in collaboration with a hospitalist team
* Participate in flexible call rotation and weekend coverage
* Use Epic EMR for patient documentation and communication
* Access to advanced ORs, therapy and wellness services, wound care center, and other on-site resources
* Collaborate with tenured CRNA team and on-campus specialists
* Chance to mentor advanced practice providers and clinic staff
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* Base salary starting at $600,000 , based on skills and experience (2-year guarantee)
* $50,000 signing bonus
* Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment over five years
* Relocation assistance provided
* Annual bonus based on quality and efficiency metrics
* CME allowance provided

**Candidate Requirements:**

* DEA license and CSR/CDS – Must be obtained prior to start
**Schedule & Call:**
