**Orthopedic Surgeon – Trauma Opening – Pacific Northwest**
Located in **Corvallis, OR**
An exceptional opportunity for a **Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon** to join a collegial and high-performing team at a Level II Trauma Center in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley. Work with a respected group of surgeons dedicated to education, research, and comprehensive orthopedic care.
**About the Position**
-Work exclusively at a Level II Trauma Center providing advanced orthopedic trauma services
-Access to a nationally recognized Ambulatory Surgery Center for outpatient procedures
-Collaborate as part of a 3-surgeon trauma team supported by an APC, with plans to add a second
-Flexible schedule of ten 24-hour shifts per month
-Cover trauma clinic, OR, and call with resident team (first call by resident, then attending)
-Teach and mentor orthopedic residents and medical students as part of an ACGME-accredited residency program
-Cases include orthopedic trauma, MVAs, pediatric and geriatric fractures, periarticular fractures, pelvis/acetabular trauma, and non-unions
-Revision arthroplasty not required
-Expansive referral network serving three counties and over 300,000 residents
-EPIC EMR utilized for coordinated patient management
**Qualifications**
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
-Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma
-Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills
-Commitment to teaching, mentoring, and academic collaboration
-Eligibility to work in the United States
