**Orthopedic Adult Reconstruction Surgery Physician Opportunity in Effingham, IL**
**Full-Time Position**
NEW POSITION - DETAILS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
• Two orthopedic groups: one in Mattoon, IL, and one in Effingham, IL, each with four general orthopedic surgeons.
• One spine surgeon joined in 2024 and covers both locations.
• Seeking an additional surgeon to join the team.
• Ideal start date:summer 2026
• Facility offers Rosa and Mako robotics, spine navigation, O-arm, and AIRO CT.
Compensation & Benefits (Subject to change)
• $875,000 base salary bonus based on RVU production.
• $75,000 sign-on bonus.
• $60,000 total retention bonus (paid in $20,000 installments at the end of years 1, 2, and 3).
• Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary).
• 33 days of paid time off.
• 5 days $6,000 CME allowance annually.
• 1:6 call schedule.
