**About the Position**
-Provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care across outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings
-Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, preventive care, gynecologic procedures, and surgical cases
-Conduct hospital rounds or collaborate with hospitalists for continuity of care
-Work alongside primary care, pediatrics, CRNAs, APPs, and specialty consultants
-State-of-the-art procedural rooms (ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics)
-New robot-assisted surgical system (DaVinci), advanced surgical technology
-Shared call schedule designed to support work-life balance
-Join a collaborative midwifery team (CNMs and supporting clinicians)
-Document patient care accurately to meet compliance and quality standards
-Participate in community outreach and represent the OB/GYN service line in clinic and hospital settings
-Contribute to departmental quality initiatives and continuous improvement
